Roundup Lawsuit Update

Roundup is a commonly used weed killer that contains an active ingredient called glyphosate.  This chemical has been linked to many forms of cancer including certain types of Leukemia and lymphoma.

There have been thousands of lawsuits against Bayer, the parent company of Monsanto, claiming that their weed-killer Roundup is causing cancer.  According to CBS News, the lawyers that are involved in these claims say that they want $10 billion in settlement for this allegation.  Bayer, however, has reportedly offered $8 billion to move forward and settle all of the cancer claims.

Although a settlement could take months to finalize, time is running short to file a lawsuit in this litigation.  This settlement deal would resolve all current and future cancer claims against Roundup.

Time is running out to file a lawsuit!
